Barbara Bolls

Barbara Bolls is Gorsedd Master of Arts.  Born and raised in the Philippines, she immigrated to the Bay Area at thirteen to reunite with family. In 1999, Barbara completed a graphic communications program at City College of San Francisco and pursued trades in graphic design and art. In addition to working freelance, she is currently employed as a product communication specialist at a health insurance general agency.

Barbara enjoys drawing, jewelry-making, knitting, and other various crafts as she truly loves working with her hands. Her upbringing and education in the Philippines were rooted in the Catholic tradition; however, she grew up holding the mystical, myths, and faerie realm close to her heart.

In 1999, Barbara joined a Jungian/Celtic Shamanism growth group facilitated by Rodney Karr, Chief Druid of Manannan mac Lir. Throughout the years, her involvement in this path evolved, grew, and deepened-now, it is home to her.

She also participates in Earth Medicine Training, a shamanic training focused on deepening connections with and healing the Bay Area land, ancestral spirits, and our larger web of relations.
